Get real club distances based on the distance you hit your clubs on the course – not the range. Performance Average removes outliers (good and bad) to give a distance based on well hit shots.
A simple way to analyse which areas of your game you perform well in and which you don’t. Shot Scope Strokes Gained allows you to benchmark your performance on the course against other amateur golfers or Tour players.
The Shot Scope mobile app enables you to dive into 100’s of statistics about your game, such as tee shot misses, best short game club, missing putts long or short and so much more. You can also break down by shot distance, hole distance, lie type and more.
Earn medals for achievements on the course, such as no 3 putts, a long drive, hitting lots of greens in regulation and more. Compete against other Shot Scope users all around the world on the leaderboards, or create your own custom leaderboard for you and your friends!

Shot Scope uses a unique system that allows golfers to effortlessly track their game. Every shot can be recorded using Shot Scope’s plug ‘n’ play tracking tags, so that after the round the golfer can simply upload their round and view every shot they hit.
This then produces performance statistics, where the golfer is able to analyse over 100 different statistics on their game and track their performance. Statistics are available to view on the mobile app or in more detail on the web dashboard.
We recommend having both! However that is not always an option for people, so this blog breaks down the pros and cons of both golf products.
GPS watches offer a quick and easy way to gain distances to the front, middle and back of the green, as well as hazards. They are particularly useful on blind holes or shots. Lasers on the other hand, provide distances to the pin, a bunker, a tree, a wall or whatever you want to get a distance to. They can be difficult to use, particularly when trying to hit the back of a bunker.
Shot Scope are proud to offer continuous updates for free to our users. Meaning once you’re part of the community, you will benefit from the new features and updates we release. There are no hidden costs or subscriptions.
