These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase, use, and redemption of digital gift cards (“Gift Cards”) / Digital e-Vouchers (“e-Voucher”) issued by Shot Scope Technologies Limited(“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) through our website www.shotscope.com (“Website”). By purchasing or using a Gift Card or e-Voucher, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our General Terms of Service.
1.1. Gift Cards / e-Vouchers are available for purchase exclusively through our website.
1.2. Upon successful payment, the Gift Card / e-Voucher will be delivered electronically to the recipient’s email address provided at the time of purchase.
1.3. It is your responsibility to ensure that the recipient’s email address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected Gift Cards / e-Vouchers due to incorrect information.
2.1. Gift Cards / e-Vouchers may only be redeemed on www.shotscope.com for eligible products and services.
2.2. To redeem, the recipient must enter the unique Gift Card / e- Voucher code at checkout.
2.3. Gift Cards / e-Vouchers cannot be used to purchase additional Gift Cards / e-Vouchers.
2.4. Any unused balance will remain on the gift card for future purchases until the balance reaches zero or the Gift Card / e-Voucher expires (if applicable).
3.1. All Gift Cards /e-Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. After this period, any unused balance will automatically expire, and the Gift card / e-Voucher will no longer be valid for use.
3.2. Gift Cards / e-Vouchers are not subject to any service or maintenance fees during their validity period.
3.3. Expired Gift Cards / e-Vouchers cannot be reactivated, refunded, or extended unless required by applicable law.
4.1. Gift Cards / e-Vouchers:
4.2. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or hold Gift Cards / e-Vouchers suspected of being obtained fraudulently or used in violation of these Terms.
5.1. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused Gift Cards /e-Vouchers. Treat your Gift Card / e-Voucher like cash.
5.2. Gift Cards / e-Vouchers will not be replaced or refunded if lost or stolen, except where required by law.
5.3. We are not responsible for unauthorized use of your Gift Card / e-Voucher.
6.1. All refunds will be made within 14 days from the day on which we receive the product(s) back from you.
6.2. If you paid in full with a Gift Card / e-Voucher, the refunded amount will be credited back to you in the form of a new Gift Card / e-Voucher.
6.3. If you paid with a combination of Gift Card / e-Voucher / credit or debit card, the refund for the Gift Card / e-Voucher portion will be issued as a new Gift card /e-Voucher, and the rest of your refund will be credited back to your credit / debit card that was used.
6.4. If you cancel an order that was paid for using a Gift Card / e-Voucher, the refunded amount will be credited back to the same Gift Card / e-Voucher code. For more information about returns read our Returns Policy.
7.1. We reserve the right to request additional verification, delay processing, or cancel Gift Card / e-Voucher orders at our discretion if suspicious activity is detected.
7.2. Fraudulent or unauthorized use of a Gift Card / e-Voucher may result in order cancellation and account suspension.
8.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding Gift Cards / e-Voucher including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
8.2. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with a Gift Card / e-Voucher shall not exceed the remaining balance on the Gift Card / e-Voucher.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United Kingdom.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with the revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of Gift Cards / e-Vouchers after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
